Don’t call her unhealthy.

practices what she preaches. According to her Instagram, the body image coach and trainer has been “on a mission to help women learn how to accept and embrace their bodies (and their authentic selves),” and she’s doing just that.

This week, Jessi shared two photos of herself sitting at the gym with her “fancy fat” on display.

“Oh hey there, have you met my fancy fat? It’s these pretty dimples along the back of my legs and butt,” she captioned the shot. “Some people think fancy fat is “bad,” and will try to convince you to get rid of yours, but we know better. Fancy fat is just a natural, healthy, built-in decoration. (Or at least that’s how I choose to see it.)”

She went on to say that by calling these cellulite dimples “fancy fat” she is interrupting, challenging and examining the way she sees them and letting them be a more positive part of her body.

One of her male followers was not amused by her renaming of cellulite, and tried to attack her, commenting, “Spin it anyway u want, having unhealthy body fat like that is not natural, it’s because u eat or use to eat shitty food and ur body has stored it! Stop eating sh*t food and burn more calories that u put in ur face and it will go away.”

Jessi called attention to the comment, posting it in a separate Instagram alongside a photo of her fit body in a bra and underwear and epically clapped back to the hater.

“LOLOLOLOL this comment was left by a hater, on the cellulite photo I posted yesterday. This photo was taken this morning. Sorry dude, I didn’t realize I have cellulite because I’m just TOO FAT!!” she wrote. “Don’t worry though. Me and my ‘unnatural, unhealthy body fat’ are just gonna be over here helping women understand that there is NOTHING wrong with cellulite (or anything else about their bodies!) and that trolls like you are ignorant and uneducated. Also I’ll keep spinning my body as ‘none of your damn business.’ Because, yeah. That. Lolllll .”
